Shipping Policy

We ship our products directly to site from our manufacturing facility. This means setting arrival dates on your job site is critical, Air-Direct allows for a three month storage inclusion on all orders to help meet deadlines. No extension to these timelines are possible. If the three month timeline has expired the shipment will be sent to the receiving destination and the receiver will be responsible to unload and receive the goods.

Shipments will be held until payment in full has been received. Once orders have been paid there is an allowance for up to three months in storage then shipped to final destination.
