Every complete container load is dispatched with 1.5% warranty parts for unforeseen repairs. If the necessary parts are unavailable within 5 business days from the time of request, we will provide a full unit replacement unconditionally for 5 years from the installation date.*
How am I supported for unit replacement?
All of our systems are available in stock in Canada and are prepared for direct shipping to your location. Start by completing the Warranty Request Form and we'll do the rest.

*Air-Direct reserves the right to refuse warranty for installations not completed by a licensed, certified contractor. Unit replacement warranty is implied as one replacement for the lifetime of the warranty as 5 years from registered installation date.
**Air-Direct will under certain circumstances provide a money back guarantee for the portion of the system that failed and could not provide a unit replacement within 10 days from claim entry. If the owner would like to continue pursuit of replacement product we will work to meet this request and money back will be forfeited. This guarantee is implied to be accepted and paid once per unit within 5 years from original date of registration.
